- Head Start- Comprehensive programs for childhood health, education, and parental involve-ment throughout Marion and Polk counties
- Warming Shelters- Between November 1 – March 31, when nighttime temperatures reach 32 degrees or lower, MWVCAA activates the Salem Warming Network. This innovative program offers free transportation and accepts anyone in need of a warm, safe place to sleep. Our goal is to reduce harm and save lives and we need your help!
- The Arches Project- A multifaceted program for housing instability and homelessness.
